I'll Say Yes Lord
Saying yes when the Lord calls is the first and most important response we need to learn as we walk the Jesus road. When Jesus told Zacchaeus to come down and welcome him to be a guest in his house, Zach didn't hesitate, he came down and from that moment everything changed (Lk 19). When Jesus' Spirit prompted Philip to take the Southern Road to Gaza, he didn't hesitate, he went, and two millennia later there still exists a strong church in Ethiopia (Acts 8).
three years ago Jesus called me to do something to serve the growing refugee situation in Europe. Particularly the growing African migrant population flooding into Europe across the Mediterranean. I had no idea of what that would look like but I am glad that now we have established partnerships in several countries and port cities.
The video created by Antioch Ministries, one of these partner ministries, really touched my heart when I was with these folk in Wako for Global Mandate. The band played it live as they streamed this video. Be blessed and inspired as I was:
