So the thoughts and dreams that have been with you for a while come into existence.
Being a global community .... you wont see this for another 6 hours. Sleep well!
The final preps for the Noise are gathering pace.
working together.
1. A lady delivering invitations to the fun afternoons (door to door) hears that an elderly neighbour needs help. A 30 foot Horse chestnut tree has come down in his garden and the council have done nothing.
2. She tells her church leader of the situation. Can anything be done?
3. The Noise is running this weekend so the info is passed to the Project assessor.
4. Within 24hours the location is visited and the neighbours consulted.
5. Tree removal is planned for monday. (well we will remove as much as we can)
The neighbours were so impressed by strangers showing concern for them, and prepared to do something. What will this act of kindness lead to? we will see .....

Update. Lots of the tree was removed, much more than i expected. The council was called and a good contact was made. The council apologise for not having acted and are investigating what went wrong. The Council arrange for the rest of the tree to be removed. The lady plans to return for follow up conversations with the neighbours. A good witness.
