This is a poem I wrote after asking the Lord: "What is it really that defines who I am?"
I am not defined by what people say about me,
I am not defined by what people think of me,
I am not defined by what I do,
I am not defined by my failures or success,
I am not defined by cultures,
I am not defined by religions,
I am not defined by feelings,
I am not defined by the past, the present, or the future,
I am not defined by who they say that I am,
I am defined by HIM, I am defined by GOD.
I am my Father’s daughter, I am a child of GOD.
